The Kildare Senior Hurling Team play Roscommon on Sunday in the fourth round of the Allianz Hurling League. The match throws-in at 2pm in Dr Hyde Park and the fixture will be streamed live via the Roscommon YouTube channel (link to follow). KFM will also have full commentary of the fixture.

Kildare GAA in conjunction with the Mick Sammon Commemoration Committee have developed a Referee Award Scheme for referees at County and Club levels in the name of Michael Sammon, who refereed the tragic game that was ended by the Bloody Sunday shootings, 21 November 1920, when 14 people lost their lives and hundreds more were injured. Annual Registration for the Player Injury Fund is now open. All Clubs are asked to review their teams within Foireann requiring cover and register accordingly. Registration and payment must be completed by August 20, 2021.

100 spectators will be permitted to attend GAA games from next Monday, June 7th. This number is in addition to players, team personnel, stewards or media attendees. It is hoped that up to 200 spectators will be permitted from July 5th.
